2014 End of Year Dates

Dear Parents, Guardians, and CV Patrons:
To make up our time missed because of snow, we are adding 15 minutes a day for five days starting April 7, 2014. Please refer to the following schedule:
April 7, 2014: 8:08-3:05
April 8, 2014: 8:08-3:05
April 9, 2014: 8:08-3:05
April 10, 2014: 8:08-3:05
April 11, 2014: 8:08-3:05
On April 14, 2014, we will return to our normal bell schedule and school will be dismissed as usual at 2:50.
Here are some important end-of-the-year dates:
April 26: Prom, 8-12, Hillcrest Country Club. (For questions or more information, please contact Mrs. Sletten, ssletten@cvalley.k12.ok.us.)(Parents are hosting an After Prom for students at the Y in Bartlesville. Students must be signed up for After Prom by April 1. Students may see Suzan in the HS Office, slay@cvalley.k12.ok.us .)

May 8: FFA Banquet, 6:30 p.m. in cafeteria (rthomas@cvalley.k12.ok.us )
May 13: Academic Banquet, 6:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Ramona (mward@cvalley.k12.ok.us )
May 15: Band Concert, 6:30 p.m. in gymnasium (jwiggin@cvalley.k12.ok.us )
May 19: Athletic Banquet, 6:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Ramona (tlashbrook@cvalley.k12.ok.us )
May 20: MS Awards Assembly, 9:30 a.m. (tlashbrook@cvalley.k12.ok.us); Senior Assembly, 1:00; HS Assembly, 2:00 (dkeil@cvalley.k12.ok.us). (All assemblies will be in gymnasium.)
May 21: 5th Grade Graduation, 12:30, elementary gymnasium (aprather@cvalley.k12.ok.us)
May 22: MS/HS Final Exams; HS Graduation, 7:30, LD Williams field unless inclement weather, then it will be held in the Holly C. Ward Gymnasium.
Diplomas and final transcripts may be picked up in HS office on June 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Seniors, all bills must be paid before you pick up diplomas.
