August 4: New student enrollment (Elem) from 8-12 - bring with you birth certificate, shot records & CDIB card.
August 5: Returning (Elem) students enroll
August 6: New student enrollment (MS/HS) from 8-12.
August 7: Pick up schedules (MS/HS) from 8-12
August 10: Open house at all campuses 2-4 p.m.
August 11: Elementary back to school night 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Caney Valley Clinic sports physicals will be Aug. 19, 9:00 am-1:30 pm. Please call the CV Medical Clinic to schedule sports physical 918-536-2104.
First Day of Classes will be Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Last Day of Classes will be May 21, 2015. High School Graduation will also be that day. The 1st 9 weeks ends October 15, 2014. Holidays for the 1st 9 weeks include Labor Day - September 1, 2014, & Fall Break October 16-17, 2014. Note: School calendar has been revised. SCHOOL SUPPLIES
With school right around the corner it is time to start gathering your school supplies for the upcoming school year. The elementary supply list is a “button” on the right side of the web site. Middle School & High School students will receive a school supple list in each class. Please bring a pen or pencil and paper with you to class on the first day of school.
The Washington County School Supply Drive provides a backpack or cinch sack filled with a customized set of supplies for the students in Washington County who need help. With the support of schools, churches, organizations and businesses supplies are bought when prices are lowest. A small army of dedicated volunteers packs over 2,400 backpacks in only a few hours in what looks like organized chaos to an outsider. Come join us!
