Your school could be the next recipient of $10,529, compliments of the 10,000 Reasons to Save Sweepstakes and the Oklahoma 529 College Savings Plan. The sweepstakes started on August 19 and ends on November 19.
Details about the 10,000 Reasons to Save Sweepstakes
The 10,000 Reasons to Save Sweepstakes will give $10,529 toward an Oklahoma 529 College Savings Plan to one lucky Oklahoma child whose parent, grandparent or legal guardian submits an online entry form from now through November 19, 2014. The school attended by the child of the winning entrant will win a $10,529 cash donation.

The Sweepstakes’ goal is to familiarize Oklahomans with the only state-sponsored 529 college savings plan. This is our way of engaging parents and children in a conversation about the importance of going to college as well as saving for higher education’s expenses.
In Oklahoma, 86 percent of parents and grandparents believe it’s very important that their child or grandchild attend college; however, only 43 percent are saving. As board chairman of the Oklahoma 529 College Savings Plan, I encourage you to spread the word about saving for a college. As a result, your school could win $10,529 in cash!
