The Caney Valley High School Academic team won Regionals Saturday, November 10, at Chelsea.  Going in as the number four seed they beat Hulbert 190-100, top seed Chelsea 200-190 in sudden death and number two seed Adair 200-170.  Leading the balanced attack was Alex T. with 120 points, Dakota J. with 80 points, and Hunter B. and Katy L. with 40 and 30 points apiece.  Also completing the team are Destiny K. and Ariana H.  The Trojans are coached by Martha Ward.
