Elementary Thanksgiving Luncheon 2019
Dear Parents,
Our annual Thanksgiving dinner is fast approaching. We would like to invite you to join us in our celebration. The cost per visitor is $3.50. We must have all reservations in by Nov. 13 in order to have an adequate amount of food prepared for everyone. Please fill out the bottom of this form and return it no later than Wednesday, Nov. 13 when our total will be submitted to Keystone the company that provides our meals.
