Athletic Physicals
Athletic Physicals for this school year will be given at the Caney Valley Medical Clinic August 13 from 12:20-2:45. Parents need to call the clinic at 918-536-1024 to schedule an appointment. In order to have a physical that day, the student must have the physical pack fully completed with the exception of the doctors' portion and $10. If any of this is missing, they will not be able to receive the physical. Each athlete (including cheerleaders) must have a current physical to be able to compete.
Students may stop by the office to pick up the physical packet anytime BETWEEN classes. Physicals taken prior to May 1, 2018, will not be valid for the 2018-2019 school year.
