Vision Screenings
On January 16 & 17 the elementary will be conducting vision screenings for students. A form will be sent out for you to complete if you do not wish for your child to be screened. Vizavance, formerly Prevent Blindness of Oklahoma, will be conducting the screenings.
If a form is not returned your child will be screened.
The form contains information concerning the requirement of students enrolled in a public school to have a vision screening at certain times during the school years. This screening will satisfy this requirement.
