Caney Valley Academic Team began the season at Glenpool
The Caney Valley Academic team began the season Monday night at Glenpool. The Varsity team finished 1 - 2 with a win over Glenpool, a
one question loss to Wagoner, and a loss to Cascia Hall. The team was led by Senior Katy L. with 100 points followed closely behind by
junior Alex T. with 70 and Sophomore Dakota J. with 50 points.
The JV lost all three of their games. Freshman Brayden P. led the team with 60 points followed by freshman Jackie B. with 20.
Sophomores Destiny K. and Trinity L. added 10 points apiece.
Although her teams are young and few in numbers, Coach Ward is looking forward to another successful season!
This week the Trojans travel to Coweta on Monday and compete on RSU television's "I Want Answers" on Tuesday.
