Froshmore Math and Social Studies Champions
The first picture popped up on my memories from 2 years ago. Three of them are now varsity members who are working so hard to give me a state championship this year. The next two pictures are from last night's meet at Miami where the 10th grade team won the Froshmore Social Studies meet, and the 9th grade team won the Froshmore Math meet. Both teams have qualified for State on March 4. (notice I wore my lucky sweater in the pictures!)
In the Social Studies meet, the Sophomores beat Miami 200-0, Wyandotte 110-30, and the CV 9th grade team 125-60. The Freshmen team finished 2nd by beating Wyandotte 105-80 and Miami 60-20. In the Math Competition, the Freshmen were victorious with wins of 105-80 over Wyandotte, 60 - 20 over Miami, and 125 - 60 over the CV Sophomores. The Sophomores finished runner up with vibories of 130-0 over Miami and 105-40 over Wyandotte.
Noah R led the Freshmen with 210 points followed by Brodie H with 95, Hayden T with 85, Jace V with 20, and Ian T with 10 points.
Aiden M led the Sophomores with 195 followed by Ryan S with 175, Steven B with 45, Ethan B with 15 points and Logan W with 5.
The team victory pictures were a day late with several team members absent due to illness. Special Thanks to Carter B, Ethan F, McKenna G, and Kennedy V for helping run the tournament.
